Course Introduction
The Health and Safety Management Certificate course is a leisure management course designed to cover the primary requirements of health and safety within leisure, sport, recreation and culture facilities giving successful candidates the knowledge and skills required.
The course is suitable for staff working in leisure management as a Duty Officer, Assistant Manager or Manager or for staff with responsibility for day to day operation or who may be expected to cover these roles on an occasional basis.
The leisure management course incorporates studies and scenarios relevant to the leisure industry, leisure managers, sports centres, health clubs, gyms, swimming pools and similar leisure facilities and environments, so delegates can relate what they are being taught to the environment in which they are working.
This three day course is run by Quality Leisure Management Ltd (QLM). For successful candidates, the course leads to the Health and Safety Management Certificate in Leisure and Culture.
This CIMSPA Endorsed leisure management course offers professional development and 10 CIMSPA CPD points.
The course concludes with a multiple choice assessment paper and candidates will be given their results at the conclusion of the course.
